INGREDIENTS:
2 smoked mackerel fish
½ pack spaghetti
¼ cup chopped onions
3 tbsp chopped pepper (scotch bonnet pepper)
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup chopped spring onions
¼ cup chopped long peas
Drizzle of blended sesame
2 tbsp seasoning powder
1 tbsp suya spice
Precooked beef chunks
¼ cup oil
PROCEDURE:
1) Heat up some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, chopped pepper
and some spring onions.
2) Debone and rinse the mackerel fish and add it into the pot. Add the pre cooked beef
chunks too and season with suya spice and seasoning powder. Stir this well.
3) Boil the spaghetti until al dente and immediately sieve off the water and add the pasta
into the pot.
4) Add the chopped green peas and the remainder of the spring onions and drizzle some
blended sesame oil into the pot.
5) Stir-fry this until done, then serve and enjoy
