PEPPERED CHICKEN WINGS SAUCE

Hot & spicy come together in this finger licking recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
 Chicken wings
 ¼ cup chopped scotch bonnet peppers
 ¼ cup chopped onions
 1 tbsp chopped garlic
 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
 ¼ cup oil
 1 red, green and yellow bell pepper
 1 tbsp parsley flakes
 1 tbsp basil
 1 tbsp honey
PROCEDURE:
1) Rinse your soft chicken wings well over warm water.
2) Heat up a pan with some oil and sauté with chopped onions.
3) Add a tablespoon of garlic and chicken seasoning, then cover the pot and allow this to
cook for 5 minutes.
4) After 5 minutes, season the soft chicken wings with a tablespoon of basil and parsley
flakes. Combine this well together then add the chopped bell peppers and chopped scotch
bonnet peppers. Combine this well and leave it to cook for just 10 minutes. Ensure not to
overcook the chicken wings as it is normally a soft chicken.
5) After the chicken wings are done cooking, take it off heat and serve with fried yam,
baked potatoes or any side of choice.
