INGREDIENTS:
9 pcs chicken drumsticks
2 cups full cream milk
2 tbsp seasoning powder
1 ½ tbsp ground pepper
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp adobo seasoning
Oil for deep-frying
PROCEDURE:
1) Rinse the drumsticks and place them in a pan.
2) Pour the full cream milk into the pan.
3) Season with 2 tbsp of seasoning and a teaspoon of ground pepper. Leave this to cook for
10 minutes.
4) After 10 minutes, take the chicken out of the milky boil.
5) In a large bowl, sift 2 cups of all-purpose flour and add a tablespoon of ground pepper, a
teaspoon of onion powder, a tablespoon of nutmeg powder and a tablespoon of adobo
seasoning. Mix this together.
6) Heat up the oil for a deep fry.
7) Take the drumsticks, coat it with the flour mixture, and drop it in the oil to fry.
8) Once all the drumsticks have been fried, serve with some ketchup or hot sauce and enjoy.
