INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups flour
1 tbsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
200g unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
Flavouring of choice
¾ cup chocolate chips
PROCEDURE:
1) Sift 1 ½ cups of flour in a large bowl and add a tablespoon of baking soda and a pinch of
salt. Mix these ingredients together and set aside.
2) In another bowl, drop your frozen butter and add ¾ cup of sugar. Use a hand mixer to
mix until you have a smooth consistency.
3) Break one egg into the bowl and add a teaspoon of a flavouring you prefer. Continue to
use the hand mixer to mix until the consistency is smooth.
4) Pour the dry ingredients into the beaten batter and continue using a hand mixer to
combine it until you have a smooth and thick consistency.
5) Pour the chocolate chips into the bowl and combine with a spatula.
6) Preheat your oven to 176 degrees Celsius.
7) Take out your baking tray and spread out a layer of baking sheet over it.
8) Using an ice-cream scooper (or any scooper), scoop some batter and drop it on the baking
sheet. Spread out the batter a bit if you scooped it too thick.
9) Pop the baking tray in the oven and bake at 176 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
10) After 10-12 minutes, take them out of the oven, serve and enjoy!
