MEAT PIE TOAST

An exciting and unique twist on your typical toast bread recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

● 3 pieces Irish potatoes

● 2 tbsp chopped onions

● 200g minced lamb

● 1 tbsp seasoning

● 1 tbsp dried chili

● 2 diced carrots

● 1 tbsp flour

● 8 pieces sliced bread

● ½ cup oil

PROCEDURE:

1)  Peel 3 Irish potatoes, rinse them and dice them into small cubes. Set this aside for later.

2) Heat up half a cup of oil and sauté with the chopped onions.

3) Proceed to add the minced lamb, break the lamb and season it with a tablespoon of seasoning and a tablespoon of dried chili.

4) Stir the beef and add the diced Irish potatoes and carrots.

5) Add a tablespoon of flour to act as a thickening agent then, dilute the mix with a cup of water. Leave this to cook for 5 minutes.

6) Butter 4 slices of bread and fill it with the meat pie filling. Toast this in a sandwich maker.

7) Once the toast is ready, serve it with cold juice or any hot beverage of your choice. Enjoy!
