BREAD & SCRAMBLED EGGS
A classic breakfast of toasted bread with scrambled eggs.
INGREDIENTS:
● 2 eggs
● Loaf bread
● 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
● 1 cheddar cheese slice
● ¼ cup milk
● 1 stick butter
● Pinch of salt
PROCEDURE:
1) Break 2 eggs in a bowl, add the milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk all the ingredients togetherbuntil it is well incorporated.
2) Heat up a pan on very low heat and pour the eggs into the pan. Add the grated cheese, mozzarella cheese and stick of butter. Combine the ingredients and scramble the eggs. Fry until they’re done.
3) Slice the Loaf of bread into slices. Butter a pan and place the sliced loaf bread on the pan. Let the bread pan fry on very low heat and flip the bread to the other side once the first side is done.
4) Place the bread on a plate and proceed to lay some scrambled eggs on of top the pan fried bread.
5) Serve this with hot chocolate, coffee or any hot beverage of choice. Enjoy!
