INGREDIENTS:
500g precooked and fried mini beef chunks/asun
2 cups rice
3 sticks butter
3 chopped carrots
300g chopped long peas
Spring onions
1 tsp suya spice/yaji spice
1 tsp seasoning powder
Drizzle of sesame oil
¼ cup chopped onions
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp sage
1 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp seasoning powder
PROCEDURE:
1) Melt 3 sticks of butter and sauté with chopped onions, minced garlic and chopped ginger.
2) Pour the fried mini beef chunks/asun into the mixture along with the chopped carrots and
chopped long peas.
3) Season with coriander, sage and suya spice.
4) Proceed to add the precooked rice and stir-fry.
5) Drizzle some blended sesame oil and add the chopped spring onions.
6) Season with 2 tablespoons of seasoning powder and stir-fry until ready. The rice is ready
once it is dry and soft enough to eat.
7) Serve and enjoy!
