A flavourful tigernut drink made by blending tigernuts.
INGREDIENTS:
● 600g tigernuts
PROCEDURE:
1) Rinse the tigernuts and pour them onto a blender. Blend until it is has liquefied.
2) Take out a large bowl and lay a cheese cloth over it. Pour the tigernut into the cheese cloth and hold it up. Squeeze the juices out of the cheese cloth until only the tigernut sediments are left. Throw the sediments away and pour the drink in a jar. If you don’t have a cheese cloth, use a sieve to sieve out the tigernut sediments.
