A high calorie smoothie recipe that aids weight gain.
INGREDIENTS:
● 2 cups frozen strawberries
● 1/2 pineapple
● 1 cup ribena
● 2 cups milk
● 1 cup whipping cream
● 2 cups crushed ice
PROCEDURE:
1) Peel and cut half a pineapple.
2) Pour the frozen strawberries and pineapples into the blender then proceed to add the ribena, milk, whipped cream and ice. Blend this together until the it has a smooth and thick texture.
3) Serve and enjoy
