An asian inspired cuisine made using spaghetti, soy sauce and other natural spices.
INGREDIENTS:
● 1 pack spaghetti
● 300g chicken (slice the chicken into small chunks)
● 1 cup oil
● 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
● 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
● 4 bulbs spring onions chopped
● 2 tbsp chopped onions
● 1 tbsp chopped garlic
● 1 tsp chopped ginger
● 150g lettuce chopped
PROCEDURE:
1) Boil the pasta for 4 minutes and sieve. Ensure the pasta is slightly hard and set this aside.
2) Heat up a cup of oil and sauté it with the chopped onions, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
3) Add the diced raw chicken and a tablespoon of cayenne pepper.
4) Season this with dark soy sauce then proceed to add the pasta we had set aside. Combine this very well.
5) Add the chopped spring onions and lettuce. Stir this and ensure all the veggies and ingredients are well incorporated.
6) Serve and enjoy!
